BullyJuice Workouts

I would do this one first thing in the morning when I woke up.

When I’m running low on energy because I’ve been awake since 6am with the kids, This helps me start my day right.

When I’m running low on energy throughout the day or need a bio break, I hit up a 15 min workout.

It brings me so much mental clarity, It is amazing.

After the fact that I did my workout, I get back to work whether it’s on my 9 to 5 or my online business, 

I get back to honing my craft.

Boxing Workouts

Sunday – Boxing 3 mins each – Shadow Boxing, Jump Rope, Heavy Bag, Pushups, Lunges, Back Rows

Monday – Weights

Tuesday – Boxing – Heavy Bag and footwork

Wednesday – Weights/Calisthenics

Thursday – Boxing

Friday – 15 mins bully juice workouts throughout the day

Saturday – At least 1 maybe 2 bullyjuice workouts or A nice long walk.

You have to move everyday.
